About Grenada

Grenada is the most southerly of the Windward Islands; Its 133 sq miles offer the visitor secluded bays, palm-fringed white sandy beaches,a tropical rainforest, wildlife sanctuaries and the prettiest capital in the Caribbean, St Georges. Grenada is known as 'The Spice Island' as it's the Caribbean's largest producer of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and mace and is the world's third largest producer of nutmeg. Surprisingly even with Grenada's beautiful climate and scenery its is still relatively undiscovered and untainted by tourism and commercialism found on many other Caribbean Islands. The people are very friendly and offer the warmest of welcomes to be found in the Caribbean.
